Our multichannel approach in the search for new employees, with a focus on our employer branding of “performance x flexibility”, earned us a silver award.
Appreciation was also shown for our inclusive policy, in which we offer opportunities to young starters, invest in the integration of colleagues who speak other languages, see the potential of experienced seniors in the profession, and ensure that women feel at home in the traditionally male-dominated world of construction. This earned us a bronze award in the “diversity” category – a great reward for the efforts we have put in. And next year, we’re going for gold!
