Since the start of the year, our constructive challengers participated in an elaborate wellbeing survey. In the past few months, we took those observations and made a couple of concrete steps.
After the first, confidential workshops, we set up a few specific actions that we then looped back to the whole constituency. We’ll proceed with this intensively next year.
