At the end of 2020, edibo replaced its old fluorescent lights in the 8,000m² workshops with LED lighting, which represents an annual saving of 100,000kWh.

Here at edibo, we’re becoming increasingly committed to sustainability and a greener future, not only on our worksites, but also within the company. That’s why edibo chose to replace its old fluorescent lights in the 8,000m² workshops with LED lighting, which represents an annual saving of 100,000kWh. In addition to automatic daylight dimming and motion detection, the emergency lighting has also been integrated into the new system.

Earlier in 2020, the outdoor lighting was also switched to LEDs, with control via a timer, twilight switch and motion detector. An energy-saving change that brings us one step closer to a fully future-proof company.
