At edibo, we feel very strongly about the personal development of our employees. That is why our edibo Academy was created, which organises various training days for knowledge sharing and to help raise the skills of the entire edibo team to an (even) higher level.
Both internal and external instructors held these sessions in Dutch, French and English. The classes were also recorded for later viewing.
Apart from a day packed with knowledge enrichment, there were also team building opportunities. During the breaks, participants had the opportunity to chat and get acquainted with new faces – while enjoying tasty biscuits, sandwiches and cake, and rounding the day off with a few drinks. It was an educational and successful day in every respect. A training day for the steel workshop staff will be organised shortly!
