1. Who do I contact for a (first) meeting?
Are you currently one of edibo’s clients? Then you can still contact us directly. The same goes for Willy Naessens’ clients. Architects also stay with their trusted point of contact. Then, depending on the nature of the project, we will discuss behind the scenes which company is best suited to prepare a bespoke quotation.
Are you a new client? Then feel free to contact either partner. We will decide internally which company is best suited for your project.
2. What type of projects are edibo projects?
The edibo team will remain focused on:
- Turnkey industrial construction projects, including interior design, technology and infrastructure;
- Complex industrial new-build and renovation projects in steel, concrete and/or timber;
- Projects that are partly precast concrete, partly in-situ concrete.
Your own sector does not directly affect the allocation. Both edibo and Willy Naessens Group operate across a very broad spectrum of industries. As soon as we have all the puzzle pieces in place, we will present the best possible solution for your project.
3. Who do I ask for a quotation?
The main reason behind the collaboration between edibo and Willy Naessens Group is that our combined fields of expertise perfectly complement one another. This means that each company will continue to carry out its own area of expertise. So, no matter where you submit your inquiry, we will ensure that the best-suited partner is linked to your request during our weekly meetings.
In some cases, such as projects likely to benefit greatly from the expertise of both partners, you might receive two separate quotations. This gives you the opportunity to consider all options before you make a decision.
4. Who is in charge of my site?
Nothing changes in this regard. Every company manages its own construction projects, with its own teams. This means your site is guaranteed the same high-standard building quality both edibo and Willy Naessens Group are known for.
The added value of this umbrella collaboration for you is that calculations are now even more specific, and preparations even stronger. Moreover, thanks to the vertical integration within the Willy Naessens Group, you can benefit from the direct – which means, ultrafast – supply of all precast concrete products from the group’s own production companies, located all throughout Flandres.
