1. SEW-EURODRIVE: eye-catching before and after sundown
For motor manufacturer SEW-EURODRIVE in Haasrode near Louvain, we delivered a brand-new factory that has many assets to exploit, during the day but also at night.
The silver aluminium façade cassettes and large glass surfaces dominate the building’s appearance by day, but when night falls, the sleek, red façade lighting steals the show. Together, they deliver a streamlined visual connection between the office buildings and the production environment.
2. Noesen: sophisticated, functional, and budget-conscious
Thanks to edibo, steel wholesaler Noesen sought and found the ideal compromise between sophistication, functionality and a monitored budget for its new office building in Wommelgem.
For the exterior finishing of their new office building, including landscape offices spread over two floors, the client wanted architectonic concrete and white awnings. This high-end look was extended to the façade of their industrial hall with white industrial concrete panels. A look that is at least as high-end, and a financially interesting alternative to the pricier architectonic concrete.
A textbook example of how we as office development contractor engage in collaborative thinking, even to the smallest details.
3. BioVille: everything open for the future
A number of years ago, we delivered a third office wing on the school campus of Health & Care Incubator BioVille in Diepenbeek. The distinct architecture is characteristic, with very slender concrete bricks placed in irregular bond, horizontally as well as vertically, and the high glass surfaces that extend over several floors.
Today, the offices accommodate labs and meeting rooms, but they are structured so they can be modified to fit the needs of future tenants. It has a flexible building layout aimed towards a sustainable future.
4. H.Essers IT: black as main characteristic
We delivered the IT offices in Genk for logistics player H.Essers. Just like their newly constructed head offices a little down the road, what you notice first is the sleek, vertically oriented black façade finish. The large glass surfaces with a playful indentation here or there provide an additional dynamic to the exterior view.
